TPU Borehose Water Hose is high pressure, tensile strength layflat hose designed for underground water pumping. Boreline hose is manufactured by integrating thermoplastic polyurethane into a woven textile fabric of high tenacity polyester. Compared to rigid pipes, the layflat bore hose is more easy to be installed and retrieved.

Description：

 TPU Borehose Water Hose is a super heavy-duty through-the-weave polyurethane (PU) covered hose.  The jacket inside the hose shall be made from high tensile synthetic polyester filament yarn,with circular woven method, it will totally be embedded in the PU compound, the covered PU will protect it against mechanical damage, forming a single homogeneous construction without any glues or adhesives of any type between them.Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is extruded “through the weave” in a unique one step production process. This process combined with UV protection additives and ageing-resistant in the compounds makes this transfer hose ideally suited for high abrasion applications in the mining and water transfer/fracking applications.Construction
