In the past, for long-distance water supply, on-site operators usually used steel pipes, PE pipes, etc. for water supply. However, compared to large-diameter polyurethane hoses specifically designed for hydraulic fracturing water supply, these pipelines are larger in volume, more difficult to lay, and labor-intensive. Therefore, they are gradually being replaced by TPU composite pipes.

1) The TPU flat hose adopts advanced one-step molding co extrusion technology, and both the inner and outer rubber layers are made of polyurethane material. Compared with other types of fracturing water supply pipes, it has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, wear resistance, and aging resistance, and can withstand harsh environments. 
2）Polyurethane composite pipes are relatively soft, lightweight, and easy to handle and roll. 
3）Polyurethane composite pipes are equipped with quick connectors, which can achieve quick connection and greatly improve on-site operation efficiency.
